My car was making a strange noise. The tech heard it and found what he thought was wrong. They ordered the parts from the store that my husband recommended and paid for overnight freight. Once the parts were installed and alignment was made, they discovered that they didn’t cure the problem. Since I have a hybrid they were not equipped to fix it and they suggested that I go to the dealer. After all the work that they did, I was not charged a penny. I would highly recommend this honorable business.
